You may have noticed… or not. I have removed the “Gallery” link from the top of the page. I also removed the “Flickr” link. Previously I was showcasing my photos in two ways. One, hosted from my site in a photo gallery. Two, hosted by Flickr and fed to my page with a somewhat neat plugin, SimpleFlickr.
I had some issues with the usage of the SimpleFlicker plugin and I found the NextGEN Gallery plugin to be more work than it was worth.
Now that I have a Flickr Pro account, why not put it to use. Instead of hosting, organizing, and presenting my images from here, I have found that Flickr does a perfectly fine job with it all. So when you click “Photo Gallery“, you will be sent to Flickr. Hopefully this will jive with all readers.
